License & ownership

Understand how you can use iJewel3D software and assets, what your license covers, and what belongs to you.

Software & ownership

The iJewel3D SDK and its proprietary components belong to iJewel3D Pte Ltd. A license gives you permission to use the software; it does not transfer ownership.

iJewel3D SDK license notice

Copyright © 2024–present iJewel3D Pte Ltd. All rights reserved.

This software is proprietary and requires a valid license for use. Licenses are available with free and paid options.

Under your applicable SDK license, you can install and run the SDK, make necessary copies, and integrate it into your licensed application. You can create plugins through documented APIs, bundle, minify, and tree-shake the runtime, and distribute it as part of that application.

These rights apply within your licensed products, projects, domains, and license period. They do not permit separate SDK resale, proprietary source distribution, or changes to proprietary internals beyond your license. Use remains subject to your license and the Terms and Conditions.

Other copying, modification, redistribution, or reverse engineering requires permission, except where applicable law permits it. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses and notices. Proprietary restrictions do not replace those licenses.

iJewel3D assets

An iJewel3D asset is a resource we supply for use in a project, such as a model, environment map, texture, material, preset, or template. These assets belong to iJewel3D or their respective licensors. Access does not transfer ownership.

Commercial use requires a license that expressly covers the relevant assets and use, including their use in rendered images and videos. A free account or an unrelated product subscription does not by itself establish that permission.

Within your asset license, you can copy assets into projects and adjust materials, presets, and templates through the tools. Redistribution or sale of extractable source assets requires express permission. Asset-specific and third-party licenses can have different restrictions or attribution requirements.

Your content & exports

You retain all rights, title, and interest that you hold in your uploaded content and generated output. iJewel3D claims no ownership of your rendered images or videos merely because you use our tools. Underlying iJewel3D and third-party materials retain their existing ownership and licenses.

Only upload, use, or share content for which you hold the necessary rights. You can download your content from Drive for use in other projects within those rights. We do not use user-provided content or data to train AI models.

No additional iJewel3D asset license is required for exports that contain or use no iJewel3D assets. This does not grant rights in third-party content or waive a product license required to operate the software.

Rendered output and source assets

A rendered image or video is a flattened output. A model, scene, or project export can contain extractable source assets. Permission to use an image or video does not itself permit redistribution of those source assets.

If your asset license permits commercial rendered output, you can use and deliver that output to clients subject to its terms. Third-party rights also apply. For rights after cancellation or expiry, refer to your applicable license or order.

Product licenses

Your applicable license or order identifies the products, usage limits, license period, and covered versions. A subscription does not by itself promise perpetual software rights.

SDK
Licensed per project and production domain to one organization or individual. The license is not transferable. Development domains are unlimited; additional production domains require an extension. Confirm coverage for multiple brands, subdomains, native apps, contractors, or affiliates in your order before deployment.
AR TryOn
TryOn is a separately licensed package. Your order must identify the TryOn and SDK components that it covers. Confirm the required licenses for your integration with our team. The standard scope is one project and production domain, with unlimited development domains. Additional production domains require an extension.
Drive
Your subscription includes the license for its covered hosted viewers and configurators. Model, storage, and service usage limits depend on your plan. This does not by itself grant a standalone SDK license or rights to every supplied asset.
Editor & Playground
Free access permits use of the tools, including for commercial work. Included assets and presets have separate license requirements, including when those assets appear in your exports. Optional paid features depend on your plan.
BatchX
A paid app for macOS and Windows with a 30-day free trial and a yearly license. Rendered images and videos created under a paid BatchX license retain their permitted commercial use after expiry. This rule excludes trial exports and does not permit redistribution of extractable source assets.
iJewel Design
Available plans and eligibility are set out on iJewel Design pricing. You retain the rights that you hold in your uploaded content. Exports remain subject to the rights in that content and any supplied or third-party assets.

Read the license documentation for product details, or see pricing for available plans.
