For retailers and brands
How a jewellery retailer or brand uses the iJewel platform to show pieces to shoppers online and in store.
You sell to the end customer, online and in store. Most of your catalogue is not in the shop. A photo cannot show a piece in each metal.
The iJewel platform helps you with two tasks:
- Show the piece without the stock. A shopper sees each variant in 3D. You do not need each variant in the case.
- Give the shopper more to do. The shopper turns the piece and changes the metal on your page. A photo gallery gives the shopper nothing to do.
The 3D view does not replace the store visit. Most shoppers still want to touch the piece before they pay. They can arrive with a shorter list of choices.

You need 3D files
iJewel3D does not make 3D models. If you have no CAD files, ask your manufacturer or supplier for them. You can also work with a partner. See Partners.
