iJewel Design and platform accounts
How an iJewel Design account and an iJewel platform account relate, and how a Design plan changes your platform plan.
iJewel Design and the iJewel platform are two products with two accounts. You can use the same email address for both.

How the plans relate
- A paid iJewel Design plan raises your plan on the platform. The higher of the two plans applies.
- Each personal platform plan includes an iJewel Design tier. See Plans and limits.
- You can have a Design subscription and a platform subscription at the same time.
- If you cancel one of the two subscriptions, the plan of the other subscription stays.
After you cancel one of two subscriptions
Your plan or your add-ons can show a wrong value for a short time. If the value stays wrong, contact support.
Bring your Design models into the platform
The platform can import your iJewel Design projects. The import goes one way, from iJewel Design to the platform.
To start, sign in to the platform with the same email address as your Design account.

Step 1 of 3
- Open Settings and select Apps, embed and API.
- On the iJewel Design Sync card, select Sync now (1).
- Enter your password in iJewel Design password.
All 3 steps are done.
The platform copies your projects into the folder iJewel Design.
