Import from iJewel Design
Import your iJewel Design projects into the iJewel platform with iJewel Design Sync.
iJewel Design is a separate product with its own account. iJewel Design Sync imports your iJewel Design projects into the iJewel platform. The import goes in one direction only, from iJewel Design to the platform.
Before you start
- You have an iJewel Design account and an iJewel platform account.
- The two accounts use the same email address.
- You know your iJewel Design password.
Import your projects
Step 1 of 7
- Sign in to the iJewel platform.
- Open Settings, then select Apps, embed and API.
- Find the iJewel Design Sync card.
- Select Sync now.
- Enter your iJewel Design password.
- Select Start sync.
- Wait until the message N projects synced. shows. N is the number of projects.
All 7 steps are done.
The dialog shows the stage of the import.

| Signing in | Checks your iJewel Design password. |
| Reading your projects | Gets your projects from iJewel Design. |
| Making the folder | Makes the folder for the imported projects. |
| Copying | Imports the projects into the folder. |
| Done | The import is complete. |
To stop the import, select Stop sync.
Find the imported projects
The platform puts the projects in a folder with the name iJewel Design. Open this folder to view, edit or share the models.
One direction only
The sync does not change your projects in iJewel Design. Changes that you make on the platform do not go back to iJewel Design.
