My configurator shows no price ​

Find why a configurator shows no price, and correct it.

Symptom ​

  • The configurator shows the 3D view and the options, but no price.
  • The price shows on the iJewel link, but not on your own website.

Cause ​

WhereCause
EverywherePrice is hidden in Manage → Settings → Customer view.
EverywhereThe configurator has no prices, or no files yet. The save status says "Add files to see the price a shopper pays".
On your own domainThe domain is not registered, or you registered it after the last publish.
For one combinationA line of the price model has no value for it, so the price is on request.

Fix ​

Step 1 of 4
  1. In the editor, open Manage → Settings and make sure that Price shows show.
  2. Open Manage → Prices and make sure that prices are set. Refer to Prices.
  3. For your own website, register the domain in Settings → Apps, embed and API → Domains. Refer to Add it to your website.
  4. Select Back in the editor to publish again.

For one combination with no price, select Why this price in the editor. It shows the line that has no value.

Contact support. Send the link to the configurator and the address of the page where the price does not show.
