Whitelabel Try-On
What whitelabel Try-On removes, which plans can add it and how it connects to a domain.
Ring Try-On is in every plan. Without the add-on, the camera view shows a small iJewel icon in the top-left corner. Whitelabel Try-On removes that icon on your domain.

How it works
- Whitelabel Try-On belongs to a domain. You buy Try-On for the domain.
- Then you open Settings → Apps, embed and API → Domains. In Domain settings of that hostname (the ⋯ menu), you turn on Enable TryOn.
- The icon goes away when the domain check confirms that Try-On is on.
- Each hostname is a different domain.
example.comandwww.example.comare two hostnames. - If no Try-On slot is free, you cannot turn on the switch. Select Upgrade to TryOn to buy a slot.
What it does not change
- A whitelabel domain alone does not remove the Try-On icon. Try-On is a different add-on.
- Remove Logo and Remove Hologram do not remove the Try-On icon.
- Try-On also works when Enable TryOn is off. The camera view then shows the icon.
- The add-on is for Ring Try-On.
Standalone developer package
On a domain that does not have Try-On, the Try-On view shows the iJewel3D mark. To remove the mark, enable Try-On for that domain. See Try-On on your domain.
