Try-On on your domain
Turn on AR Try-On for one of your domains so the camera view shows no iJewel3D icon.
AR Try-On with iJewel3D branding is in every plan. Try-On with no iJewel3D mark on your own domain is a paid add-on. If a domain does not have Try-On turned on, a small iJewel3D icon shows at the top left of the camera view. For the plans and the add-on, go to the pricing page.
Rings only
At this time, Try-On is for rings.
Before you start
- The domain must be in your domain list. Refer to Connect a custom domain or Register a domain for the SDK.
- You need a free Try-On slot. If no slot is free, the Enable TryOn switch is locked.
- The model needs a Try-On setup. Refer to Prepare a Try-On project.
Turn on Try-On for a domain
- In the iJewel platform, open Settings → Apps, embed and API → Domains.
- Open the ⋯ menu of the domain.
- Select Domain settings.
- Set Enable TryOn to on.
- Select Save changes.
All 5 steps are done.
The domain then shows Try On below its name in the table. When you add a new domain as a Live store, you can also turn on Try On on this domain in the Add a domain dialog. This switch shows only when a Try-On slot is free.
If the switch is locked
When all Try-On slots are in use, the switch shows the text "No TryOn slots available". To buy a slot for this domain, select Upgrade to TryOn next to the switch. You can also open the ⋯ menu of the domain and select Add Try On.
Show the Try-On button on a domain that iJewel hosts
If iJewel hosts the viewer on the domain, Hide Try-On is on by default.
- In Domain settings of the domain, open Viewer Settings.
- Below Hide Controls, set Hide Try-On to off.
- Select Save changes.
All 3 steps are done.
A tap is necessary
A browser gives camera access only after a tap. For this reason, Try-On always starts from a button.
