Licence and trial
How the BatchX free trial, the yearly licence and the one-device rule work.
BatchX is a desktop app for Windows and macOS. It has its own licence. The licence is separate from your iJewel platform plan. Download the app from batchx.ijewel3d.com.
How the licence works

| Free trial | 30 days on every device. No credit card is necessary. |
| After the trial | A yearly licence is necessary to continue. |
| Seat | One licence is for one seat. The licence is locked to one device. |
| Transfer | You cannot move the licence to a different device. See the exception below. |
| Updates | The licence includes all updates and fixes while it is active. |
| Where to buy | The iJewel3D License Portal. You do not buy it in the platform. |
The License Portal shows the current price. BatchX needs an internet connection to validate the licence.
Transfer to a new computer
A transfer is possible in some cases. The condition is that the old computer is no longer in use. Send your request to batchx@ijewel3d.com.
Use of your renders
You can use the images and videos from BatchX for commercial work without restrictions. This rule stays the same after the licence expires. It does not apply to a trial licence.
Licence keys
Do not share or resell a licence key. iJewel3D then cancels the licence and blocks the device.
More than one seat
Each licence is for one computer. For two computers, you need two licences.
The organization plans include BatchX licences: 1 on Silver, 3 on Gold and 5 on Platinum. See Plans and limits.
