File limits
How your plan limits the number of 3D models and the size of each file on the iJewel platform.
Your plan sets two limits for files. The first limit is the number of 3D models in your account. The second limit is the maximum size of one file. The size limit applies to each file, not to the total of all your files.

What counts as a model
- Only 3D files count: 3DM, GLB, GLTF, FBX, OBJ and STL.
- Images, PDF files and scene files do not count.
- A copy of a 3D model counts as one more model.
- When you replace a file, the number of models stays the same.
How to get a higher limit
- A model pack adds 200 or 1,000 models to the limit of your plan.
- A higher plan gives more models and larger files.
Enterprise instances
An enterprise instance has its own limits for the number of models and for the file size. The limits in the table do not apply there.
